The LS Engineering stainless steel UV sterilising cabinet is designed to fit 18 - 20 knife baskets. Our modular sterilising cabinet can be distinguished by a big flexibility of use. All supports are interchangeable, as the distance between the racks is similar on all units. The removable supports offer great modularity as different models of knife-holders can be fitted in our cabinet.
